About me

Hi, I’m Christopher Holt, a strength and performance coach born and raised in Harlem, New York, where I still live today—growing up as one of five siblings—four boys and one girl (my sister, the oldest, Bossy doesn’t even begin to describe her lol)—I learned the value of resilience, discipline, and discover my individuality.

I’m proud to say I’ve turned my passion for fitness into a mission: helping people discover what their bodies are truly capable of, is an exciting and rewarding experience. To make myself more effective at assisting people to realize this goal. I've acquired over 20 certifications spanning athletic performance, program design, nutrition, kettlebells, and Mobility training. I specialize in creating tailored, results-driven programs focusing on strength, mobility, endurance, and sustainability. My philosophy is simple: good workouts don’t get people in shape—good programs do.

I take pride in helping clients build strong, pain-free, and functional bodies that not only look good but can handle life's challenges and retain the abilities they lose as they age. Whether you’re an athlete, a beginner, or somewhere in between, I aim to make fitness simple and accessible. I focus on consistency and injury prevention to achieve lasting results.

Outside of fitness, I’m a proud husband and someone who’s always exploring new activities. I’m interested in cinematography and love the idea of capturing the moment so I can view it when I’m older. I’m also an adrenaline junkie at heart—whether it’s snowboarding, dirt biking, mountain biking, or skateboarding, I’m always chasing adventure and new challenges. Fun fact? While I may seem like I’ve figured it all out physically, swimming has always been a struggle. It’s a humbling journey, but I’m determined to improve because it’s what’s standing in the way of my surfing and jumping off boats.

When I’m not coaching or traveling, you’ll probably find me watching anime, reading a great book, or cracking jokes at home. My ideal day involves hitting the slopes for hours, recharging with a massage, and enjoying high-protein meals.

At the core of everything I do is a simple principle: "Keep it simple and do your best." I bring this mindset into every aspect of my coaching, helping my clients create habits that stick and programs that deliver real, measurable results.

If you’re ready to train smarter, not harder, and build a body that performs as well as it looks, let’s connect. Together, we’ll unlock your potential and get you moving toward your goals.
